Even though Monad is still in testnet, it already has a massive ecosystem, with hundreds of dApps and thousands — or even millions — of NFTs.
Among these millions of NFTs, some stand out for offering exclusive benefits to their holders (profit sharing, partner whitelists, and even airdrops) or for having great influence among users in the ecosystem.
I’ve seen some users commenting that it’s possible to buy Monad testnet tokens with real money.
If I’m not mistaken, 1000 MON are being sold for 60 dollars.
(I don’t recommend buying — use the faucets I’ve shared here. And if you have a lot of MON, consider sharing them with the community for free.)
What I mean is that, even during the testnet phase, some NFTs on Monad are already valued at hundreds of dollars.
I usually avoid talking about airdrops or financial returns in my Monad articles, but given what’s happening, it’s easy to conclude that
those who manage to get whitelist spots for Mainnet NFTs could see great returns in the future.
List of NFTs Where You Can Get a Whitelist
- MONADVERSE: This NFT has over 45 partners and could offer benefits to its holders in the future. To increase your whitelist chances, try to collect all testnet NFTs. Also, engage actively in the Discord community. (Useful links: Discord, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4)
- MONADIANS: A project with promising partnerships. You can earn whitelist spots through interaction on Discord. (Useful links: Discord, X)
- MONADSTERS: Testnet NFT holders get a chance to mint on the mainnet. To guarantee a whitelist with a guaranteed mint, you need the “Mutated Testnet Whitelist” role on Discord. (Useful links: Discord, Buy NFT)
- GUINEAPIGS: A lesser-known NFT project where the whitelist is easier to get. You can enter giveaways on X or invite three people to their Discord. (Useful links: X, Discord)
- MONADPUNKS: With around 24.4k followers on X, Monadpunks already launched on testnet. Based on my research, you can get a whitelist for mainnet by getting the OG role on Discord — you need to reach level 10 or invite 15 people (some have also gotten it through giveaways, but I couldn’t find the sources). I opened a ticket on their Discord to confirm these details, since it’s been a while since they mentioned whitelists. I’ll update this as soon as I get a reply.
- SKRUMPEYS: These NFTs give holders the chance to mint a “DN” NFT, described as “very precious and secret,” limited to 135 pieces. Although there’s no specific info about a whitelist for mainnet minting, owning the testnet NFT and participating in events like “Fantasy Top” may give you access. (Useful links: Buy NFT)

Fantasy Top
Holding the testnet version of the NFT you want on mainnet, and engaging on Discord and X are the most common ways to get on whitelists.
Besides that, there’s another method highlighted on Monad’s testnet homepage to get whitelists: the Fantasy Top game.
