The SpikyNads Discord recently launched a very interesting new feature for all users who want to get a WL in this project — I’m talking about the Spiky Codex.
This is a gamified points system that helps you measure how close you are to the next role. You earn points, level up attributes, and unlock new levels based on your actions and impact.
How It Works
The Codex system is structured on three main pillars:
- Attributes (Main Stats)
- Virtues (Bonus Points)
- Legacy Roles
Attributes
You accumulate points over time, recognized by mods or through special lootboxes, in categories such as:
- Resolve: General participation and community support
- Creativity: Creating art, visual content, and originality
- Charisma: Relevant conversations, humor, and presence in calls
- Valor: Participation and help in events
- Kinship: Engagement with local communities
- Renown: Nominations made by higher-ranked members
Virtues
You earn extra points for holding special roles on the server.
- Spiky Artist = Genius
- SIUUUU = Endurance
- DegenSpike = Wit
- Nadvocate = Influence
- Spiketico = Strategy
These Virtues help you progress faster through the ranks.
Legacy Roles
Past achievements and special roles such as FCFS, Spikelist, and OG Spike also generate important bonuses for your profile.
Points Required for Each Tier
- Common Spike — 5 points
- Uncommon Spike — 25 points (requires passing through Jail)
- Rare Spike — 60 points
- Epic Spike — 90 points (requires Spikelist)
- Legendary Spike — 130 points
- Mythic Spike — only with OG Spike role
Nominations
With the /nominate command, members who have already reached certain tiers (such as FCFS or higher) can nominate standout Spikes — as long as they are in lower tiers.
Up to 2 nominations per week No mutual nominations 2-day interval between each.
Lootboxes and Rewards
During events or special actions, admins may drop temporary lootboxes.
When opened, you can win:
- Stat boosts
- Attribute rerolls
- Special roles
- Unique surprises
